It's no secret that Sally Draper is the most stylish person on Mad Men, and it seems Kiernan Shipka keeps the magic happening off-screen, too. At only 13, she was definitely the best-dressed at last night's red-carpet season premiere in a lace-patterned dress and — wow! — high heels. When you're up against the likes of January Jones and Christina Hendricks, it's hard to stand out, much less make number one on a best-dressed list, but in our book, she was definitely the belle of the ball. Her impossibly beautiful co-stars left something to be desired in the style department, but Kiernan's mix of a slightly messy high-ponytail with a chic but age-appropriate dress was pure perfection.
She's such a refreshing presence on the teen scene, and her acting skills are getting better every day. Though she appears to have a pretty sunny disposition on this red carpet, Miss Shipka has really nailed Sally's sullen, cranky, put-upon attitude, while still managing to remain a favorite character among the audience. Definitely a star on our radar for the future!
