We know that the faux bob is not by any means new, but seriously, can we check this out for a minute? Worn by copper-headed stunner Haley Bennett at the premiere of The Bling Ring, this soft updo is seriously genius.
The look was created by none other than Mara Roszak, one of our fave stylists, who started the look by rough-drying Bennett's hair and curling it with a one-inch curling iron. "I let the curls sit for ten minutes, then brushed them out with a Mason Pearson," says Roszak. "Then, I backcombed the hair slightly, and pinned the hair under to create a shorter look. I finished by spraying all over with L'Oréal Elnett Hairspray."

Super-simple, yet completely stunning. We love how Bennett's look has reminded us how flattering and romantic the faux-bob is — trends may come and go, but we'd say this lovely look is here to stay.
