Being that it's mid-July, most of us are at least halfway through the bottle of SPF 900+ we purchased in the start of the summer. But, according to Gwyneth Paltrow, we need to calm down about our fear of all things sun-related.
Sure, she definitely goops on the sunscreen (sorry, had to), but in a recent interview with British Cosmopolitan, the outspokenly healthy actress supported something that the world pretty much unanimously disproves of: tanning. "We're human beings and the sun is the sun — how can it be bad for you? I think we should all get sun and fresh air. I don't think anything that is natural can be bad for you — it's really good to have at least 15 minutes of sun a day."

Well, while we know that vitamin D is necessary, we can think of a few other things that debunk this theory. (Sun spots and melanoma being among them.) In any case, we're hoping the golden actress doesn't get too red this summer. (US Weekly)
