She's baaaack! After what feels like eons, Lady Gaga has returned to music with guns a-blazing. A track off her upcoming LP, ARTPOP (slated for a November 11 release), just surfaced — and it is a powerhouse. You'll want to put on your best headphones for this one, because you — and its sound — deserve it.
While nothing has been confirmed by the Lady herself, there's no denying the sound is pure Gaga. Who else would combine politically charged (yet catchy) songwriting with rock vocals, and spin it over Zedd's insanely hard-hitting dance beat? From what we can tell, she's taken the sound and cleverly-written pop tracks from the Born This Way era and exploited them. The lyrics are controversial, but when has that stopped Gaga? As long as we're getting down, what's the harm in a little controversy, right?
