Because his life is dope, and he does dope shit, Kanye West is on the cover of the August issue of GQ looking — you know it — dope. It's the second time the rapper's graced the front of the men's style mag. The first was back in 2007, when he was just a mere superstar looking to make the leap to total deity. And, according to GQ, he has.
The "style god of epic proportions," as the magazine calls him, is showcased in leather pants, a deep V-neck, an unthinkably soft-looking camel blazer, and two gold chains. And, while the issue itself won't be out until July 29, the cover promises to teach us "how to grow up, survive a wedding, stay outrageous, and dress like a god." Which, we have to say, is great. Wedding-survival skills, outrageousness maintenance, and deity dressing are all things we need to learn, and all things college continuing-education programs refuse to teach. So, thank you, Yeezus.
