If you follow Lena Dunham on Instagram, you know that she's not shy about sharing her daily goings-on and newfound interests with over 1.1 million followers. In fact, one might say she's known for it — this is the girl who posted a #nomakeupselfie, after all. And, according to a recent post, the latest hobby she seems to have picked up is DIY makeup.
Dunham posted a picture of makeup artist Annamarie Tendler's new book, The Daily Face, with the following caption: "@amtendler is guiding me through my #DIY makeup routine on this tour with her useful clever book." The book is a guide to creating over 20 easy-to-achieve looks for every occasion, including step-by-step instructions for those who aren't as makeup-savvy. It sounds to us like the perfect how-to source for anyone who wants to add some oomph to their beauty routine.
It's pretty impressive that someone as busy as Dunham has time for makeup tutorials: Come on, she's the star, director, and producer of a little hit called Girls — and she's on tour right now to promote her own new book. We can barely make it to the gym after our long workdays, let alone pick up new hobbies while traveling the country. Seriously, we're exhausted just thinking about it. So, more power to ya, Lena.
