It would be fair to assume that Taylor Swift is having the best week of her life. Her new album came out yesterday and shot straight to number one. New York City declared her an official ambassador. And, she's been photographed in no less than a dozen killer outfits in half as many days.
After wrapping up an interview with Good Morning America — in which she wore an LBD by Cynthia Steffe — Swift pulled a lightning-fast costume change into the ensemble seen here. The colorful striped top and matching miniskirt made for a whimsical get-up; her Charlotte Olympia shoes serving as icing on the cake. All in all, the look left us wishing (yet again) we were Lena Dunham-level pals with Taylor just in order to get us closer to her closet.
It's a look suited to an emerging pop star — fitting, since that's the exact intention behind 1989. Fortunately, this matching set rings in for less than $200, so it fits even non-pop-star budgets.
