The Most Perfect, Magical Red Carpet Moment Caught On Camera

Orange Is the New Black has already rightly taken home the SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. Even if they'd been completely snubbed, though, all would be right with the world, for Danielle Brooks (who plays Tasha “Taystee” Jefferson) already had the most life-giving moment on the red carpet. Behold as Ms. Brooks, resplendent in a navy strapless gown, pauses a moment on the red carpet while a breeze catches her tulle train just so — and yet her hair is magically undisturbed. We're reminded of Marilyn Monroe in The Seven Year Itch, Snow White when birds magically alight upon her dress, and Beyoncé in her most impeccable wind-machine moments. It's quite simply one of the loveliest moments of the night. Huge congrats to the cast of OINTB, and to Brooks and on her win — is she the president of TV yet?
