Guess Which Designer Will Be The First To Collaborate With Sarah Jessica Parker?

It looks like
Carrie Bradshaw’s famous prediction was not completely inaccurate. With the
launch of her own heels collection just last year, Sarah Jessica Parker is
establishing her place as the woman who lived in her shoes. And, this time,
the soles of choice are stunning single-sole pointed-toe SJP x Tome pairs. That’s right — Ryan
Lobo and Ramon Martin of Tome are officially the first to partner with SJP.
This morning, Vogue announced the fall ’15 collaboration,
and according to Lobo, working with Parker came extremely organically. While the designers did not know each other personally, Parker had
admired their work from afar, and she especially connected to the ballet
references on Tome's mood boards. Together, Parker, Lobo, and Martin created a
line of classically shaped heels in a range of neutral and bright colors — perfect for the NY-based label's bold, elegant aesthetic.
The debut collaboration will
be available via Moda Operandi after Tome’s NYFW runway show this week.
Given the fandom surrounding all things SJP (we're guilty, too) expect to be one of many anxiously
refreshing the MO homepage come Saturday. (Vogue)
