It’s no wonder Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and boyfriend Jason Statham are putting down roots in our most famous zip code. Yep, we're talking about Beverly Hills, 90210.

Whether or not the engagement rumors are true (we’d lock down RHW, too!) it's been confirmed that the two just purchased their first home together, right on the tail of their five-year anniversary. Trulia reports that the couple has closed on the Architectural Digest-featured family compound of designer Jenni Kayne for just under $13 million. According to TMZ, the duo went halfsies on the modern house, which features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a pool, and eight parking spaces.
