This Is How Zoe Kravitz Does The Cannes Film Festival

We have very specific (and elaborate) sartorial fantasies about the French Riviera. We picture ourselves strolling around the port wearing oversized, cat-eye sunglasses, our bouncy midi skirts bopping around as we try not to slip in our kitten heels. The Cannes Film Festival certainly fuels these resort dreams of ours, given the crowd of incredibly stylish individuals that floods the coastal town every year. However, our latest outfit obsession coming out of France is a far cry from the textbook-croisière vision we just outlined — and, it's courtesy of Zoe Kravitz.  Amidst the glitz of the red carpets and the obligatory baguette-and-wine breaks, Kravitz somehow found time to take in the coastal sights at Cannes. The actress' interpretation of the cruise look, however, mixed in her edgier, downtown sensibilities. Zoe ventured out in a slinky, navy slip dress, clunky (and incredibly cool) black boots, and vintage-inspired round sunglasses. The ensemble wasn't without a touch of glamour: Stacked on her wrist was a tower of silver bangles that, although we can only see the first two letters pictured, we can safely assume read "CHANEL." A simple, tie-front choker and a sleek, leather shoulder bag rounded out Zoe's outfit — no-fuss details that lend themselves to tourist-y activities without being overtly, you know, tourist-y.  Really, the best part of Zoe's pared-down resort look is how easy it is to recreate at home (although ideally, we'd also take it out for a spin on the French Riviera).
