Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch is on the market. According to The Wall Street Journal, the sprawling estate is priced at $100 million. Of course, this isn't just another celebrity abode up for sale. The infamous mythology behind the property is pretty lurid, but there's no denying that the King of Pop's one-of-a-kind fantasy land is a valuable piece of real estate.
The main house contains 13,000 square feet of living space, while the rest of the estate was once dotted with attractions you might find at a theme park.
As you might imagine, the ranch isn't what it once was. For starters, it's now called Sycamore Valley Ranch, the WSJ learned from Sotheby's agents handling the listing. The paper also claims the property no longer boasts its childlike attractions. Amusement rides, orangutans, and an elephant have since been removed. Though, there's still a llama.

For potential buyers, here are the five craziest features of Neverland. You know, aside from the fact that Jackson used to live there.
- A 50-seat movie theater. It has trap doors in the stage for magic shows.
- This fancy wine cellar underneath the pool house.
- Tracks and a train station as well as the Neverland Fire Department remain on the ranch — albeit unmanned.
- A boatload of space, specifically 27 acres and 22 structures.
- A clock made of flowers.
