You know the world is changing when supermodel Gigi Hadid might move into a building where Ratner's Delicatessen used to keep cold cuts. Gone is the corned beef, replaced with a 12-story chiseled glass beauty, 100 Norfolk (named after its now uber-trendy address), where Gigi reportedly checked out two-bedrooms last week.
According to the building's website, only two two-bedroom apartments remain (all but six of the 38 residences have been sold); Curbed estimates these spots could go for anywhere between $800,000 to over $4 million. Get it, Gigi.
Other perks of the unreal building include a gym, yoga room, roof deck, garden lounge, and bicycle room. Oh, what most New Yorkers would do for a home yoga studio. We already know Gigi rocks the leggings look in air; hopefully, she'll put them to good use on the ground.

Based on the apartment size, one can only speculate that Gigi is looking for company. How adorable would it be if she and little sis Bella decided to be roomies?
