This $300,000 T-Shirt Might Actually Be Worth It

threadless main
Before you freak out, it's for a good cause, 'k? Local indie t-shirt design hub Threadless has partnered with artists Justin & Christine Gignac to design a line of t-shirts called Good Shirts. Each shirt costs the dollar amount of the relief item printed on it. 100% of your donation will go to the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, to support life-saving relief efforts for children in the Horn of Africa. The shirt pictured is a $300,000 cargo plane meant to deliver all the supplies it can hold. Other (perhaps more affordable) options include a water pump shirt ($500), measles vaccines ($24.30), and therapeutic milk ($85.75). It might be more than you've ever shelled out for a t-shirt, but we guarantee it's worth it.
