There are ways to stay warm during the winter without throwing on a pea coat or puffer — and we're not referring to those finance guys who don't wear jackets all season long. When a questionably cozy piece of outerwear, that's decidedly French, is layered over a thick, warming long-sleeve and chunky gray tights, it has us suddenly itching to pull off our sleeves, too. (Or at least find a vest-jacket-dress combo of our own!)
