If the fall runway shows taught us anything, it's that ladylike is back with a (prim) vengeance. While we can't condone pointy-toed kitten heels, we have taken a liking to another ladylike shoe: the bow pump. The Louis Vuitton heel is the perfect accessory for our demure fall looks, but the price of these pumps are anything but ladylike.
