Vogue Magazine Features An S.F. Rising Dough Boy

main
While flipping through the glossy pages of Vogue, we expect to see familiar sartorial big shots like Lagerfeld, Ghesquière, Albaz, and the like. Perhaps the last face we'd expect to stumble upon in the "fashion bible" is S.F.'s very own pastry chef, Chad Robertson, of Tartine fame. That doesn’t mean it's the dough slinger's first rodeo in magazines: He's appeared in Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, and Martha Stewart in the past — however, this marks his debut in a style-focused glossy.
In the piece, Vogue crowned Robertson the "cult prince of American breadmaking." To peep the article, keep an eye out for the July issue (with Katy Perry on the cover!) on newsstand racks now. With exposure as prime as this, we have a feeling it won't be long until the rest of the —fashion — media outlets follow. All hail the prince! (Eater SF)
