Rihanna May Be Launching Her Own Makeup Line

Beauty dreams do come true, folks. News broke today that documents were filed under Rihanna's Roraj Trade LLC for 20-plus trademarks for apparel, beauty, and more. That's right: Bad gal RiRi may be starting her own beauty line. This is not a drill.

Of the multiple products filed, the one we're most interested in is Fenty Beauty (Fenty being Rihanna's legal surname). This is huge news for the singer. Her multiple collaborations with MAC have been runaway hits, which means just one thing: The people want more of her. With her own beauty line, Rihanna would be able to have complete control over what products she puts out — everything from colors to packaging to advertisements.

Let that sink in for a second. Can you imagine a collection created completely by Rihanna? Don't worry — we already have for you, and we'd expect it to be full of blue and green lipstick; smudgy, metallic shadows; and inky-black eyeliners for her classic cat-eyes. Maybe some nail wraps to mimic her perpetually rad manicures?

The possibilities are endless, but there is one thing we're 100% certain of: If Rihanna drops a makeup collection on us, her hands are going to be all over it. And, if her beauty looks throughout the years have told us anything, it's that she is the perfect celebrity to strike out on her own in the cosmetics biz. We'll just be over here speculating and crossing our fingers until this is confirmed...
