It's true that fall has really just begun — but, thanks to Fashion Week, we're already dreaming of spring clothes, accessories, and beauty looks. Exhibit A: This amazing woven braid we spotted at the spring '14 shows on Amber Fillerup of Barefoot Blonde. The rumpled, matte texture just screams for warm weather, and we can't wait to pair the 'do with all of the tough-ladylike duds we've been spotting on the runways.
The key takeaways here? First of all, the French braid is woven inside-out, which makes the plait even more striking. The second is a small detail, but nonetheless important: The clear elastic, which disappears into the style, and allows the whole look to appear less contrived.
