Housed in the former Guys (and then Guys and Dolls) space, impresarios Darren Dzienciol, Brent Bolthouse, and Guy Starkman (the team behind Trousdale) have created a space that comes complete with exposed lights, pipes, salvaged wood finishings and an outdoor area with a fireplace—and let’s not forget the liquid nitrogen cocktails designed by Top Chef alum Marcel Vigneron.
