BarIII At The Flea: Scoping Out Colorado’s Amazing Mile-High Flea

There's nothing like a mountain view, and that's exactly what we got at the Mile-High Flea Market in Henderson, Colorado. The BarIII Flea Tour climbed its way up into the Rocky Mountains this past weekend for a flea market experience like none other.
The Mile-High Flea Market is 80 acres of everything you can imagine of trinkets, treasures truly unusual (and tasty!), foods, and some of the best people-watching in the region. Aimee Song (Song of Style), the FactoryPR team, and I had an amazing time exploring and trying all different kinds of noshes — the kettle corn and caramel apples in particular (my mouth is watering just thinking about it).
For this flea, I wore a BarIII jumpsuit that I DIY'd into a romper because of the heat. Although this flea market wasn't a vintage heaven like the others, I dug and searched (like always) and found a few great pieces of jewelry and a floral maxi-dress. Did I mention there were carnival rides, too? While staying at the luxurious Four Seasons hotel in Denver, we went to two delicious vegan/vegetarian-friendly restaurants that I was surprised I enjoyed so much. Healthy and yummy — who knew? Denver is a beautiful city with a whole lot going on, from its outdoor jazz concerts to the rowdy nightlife scene. Check more pics on Instagram at @weworewhat for the full Colorado adventure.
Next stop: Back home to NYC for the Hester Street Fair and Green Flea Market. Hope to see you there!
