Summer's taken a stutter-step this week, and it's screwing us up, sartorially. We've seen everything from tunics to two-pieces to turtlenecks. Luckily, the wonky weather is no match for NYC's Elite Dress Force — a.k.a., that squad that dresses to the nines for events all around the city, no matter what the weather brings. Okay, so that's not a real league, but hey, they're pretty damn good.
Saturday's Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic brought out lace frocks and sun hats, while Thursday's Gucci Resort show had some reverting to sweatshirts.
