Lookbook Love: PLTNYC’s Egyptian-Inspired Jewelry Collection For Fall

Don't let the name fool you. Jewelry label PLTNYC is now a bi-coastal brand, with designer Lirany Vasquez decamping for the Bay in 2010, and now splitting her time between Cali and NYC. Because we can now claim the line as one of our own (sort of), we're happy to showcase the S.F.-centric lookbook for fall 2011, which was shot in a local restaurant and features blogger and girl-about-town Ashley Ording as a model. But, the real important part, of course: the baubles! This time 'round, Vasquez was inspired by Ancient Egypt circa 2011, with a muse who's a cross between Alexa Chung and Zooey Deschanel. Although the Pyramids collection doesn't officially go for sale until August 25, we've got a sneak-peek of the lookbook after the jump!
