Cynthia Rowley has given us another reason to take a summer road-trip to Montauk (not that we needed one). The CFDA award-winning womenswear designer has set up an 800-square-foot boutique that looks more like a chic beach-side bungalow than a center of commerce. Painted in a cool shade of Hamptons-blue, with a kitschy neon "Shop" sign in the window, the store straddles surf and city perfectly. Once you've hit those famous MTK waves, you can saunter on over to Rowley's new digs to ogle a large variety of treats—think slammin' shoes, sunnies, and too-hot-to-handle handbags. But, wait, there's more! This East-end location is also set to have some major summer surprises, including pop-up shops from some of our fave designers like Lauren Bush, Chrissie Miler, and Bonobos, plus Rowley's new line of Moroccan perfumes and laser-cut glass necklaces. And once you dropped it like it's hot on all of these exclusives, you can head next door to the Memory Hotel for a cool concert series featuring DJs Agyness Deyn and Leo Fitzpatrick. Cowabunga! (WWD)
