Why we love her: Kathleen proves that San Francisco's hippie spirit is alive and well, just in a totally updated manner. And all thanks to her whimsical layers, ripped-up shorts (paired with weather-appropriate tights), fringed leather bag, and a head of long shaggy locks that we would kill for. "I was going for a bohemian look," she says. "I paired my new H&M loose kimono jacket with light pink feather dream catcher earrings, and, for comfort, I wore my Urban Outfitters boots and distressed jean shorts."
