Gallery of Jewels is celebrating the “summer of love” with an enticing engagement-ring extravaganza. A bevy of 15 local jewelry designers (a few are R29 faves) will be displaying a full range of dazzling bling for the ten-day-long event, but the kick-off party goes down tonight.
