Now that it's officially autumn, we’re welcoming back, with open arms, some of our beloved crisp-weathered traditions. (Hey, we already have the rainy days covered. And one chilly fall fix we never tire of — which might also be responsible for our end-of-year weight gain — is a comforting piece of melt-in-your-mouth pie. We’re not picky either — whether it’s a mini banana crème, classic apple, or a berry-packed piece, we’ll take it any way, any time of the day. Seriously, pie for breakfast is so underrated.
So, in the name of the season, we stuffed ourselves silly noshing on some of the yummiest creations from the most talented bakers in town. Take a gander at this list of scrumptious, locally crafted slices and kiss any plans of a pre-Halloween diet bye-bye. Trust, it’ll all be well worth the calories.
