Amazing News: Unionmade Is Opening A Women’s Store In Noe Valley!

Mill Unionmade
If there's one men's shop that we're absolute suckers for, it's the expertly curated Castro boutique, Unionmade. And while the storied shop (which some claim is the best menswear store in the world) has started selling women's goods in one half of its newly expanded space, we know we're not the only ones dreaming of the day when owners Todd Barket and Carl Chiara launch a ladies-only space. And that day, kids, is upon us!
Just yesterday, Barket told us, the Unionmade powers that be have started renovating a former liquor store at 3751 24th Street, on the corner of Chattanooga, in Noe Valley. The resulting property will become Mill, Unionmade's first-ever womenswear shop. Yes, it is permissible to squeal now.

While the opening is a ways off, Barket says you can expect Mill to be stocked with loads of tomboy-friendly goods, such as classic Church oxfords and Gitman Bros. button-ups, along with a slew of Japanese brands. We're also guessing that apothecary products and well-loved magazines like The Gentlewoman, Anthology, and Kinfolk will also make an appearance, alongside books.
Being the sleuths that we are (aided by the fact that we live in Noe Valley!), we stopped by the under-construction space, which looks to be a solid size and still has an old-timey Liquor-Grocery-Beer sign up top. Barket says they're still debating whether they'll keep that doozy (we say keep!). Trust we'll share all the deets as they roll on in.
