We’re Not Sold Out! Where To Find Fall’s Hottest Nail Color

Peridot, Chanel’s greenish-gold, limited-edition fall nail color, has been a must-have since it landed in
stores back in June. In fact, the frenzy it’s created kind of makes us think it could be the second coming
of the label’s Black Satin, which, if you remember, was in such high demand/short supply, that it sold on
eBay for something like $100+ back in 2006. Luckily, you can still pick up a bottle of Peridot right here in Chicago. We called three of the major Chanel beauty counters in town, and found that two, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdale’s, still had a number of bottles in stock. Macy’s Water Tower, on the other hand, sold out of the color the week of August 22, and hasn’t received word on if or when they’ll be receiving a new shipment. Peridot not your thing? You won’t have to wait long for Chanel’s next collection of crave-worthy polish—it’s line of denim-inspired shades hits stores on Fashion’s Night Out, September 8.
