How stuff is made

mold samples are swatched and compared to ensure that they are the correct shade and consistency.

once solid, the baby lips formula is cut into bulks and placed in a kettle to melt.

metal molds are used to create the signature stick. the molds are filled with product and cooled.

once properly cooled and solidified, baby lips is ready to be inserted into its final packaging.

now that the balms are cooled to perfection, they are topped with a cap and imprinted with a unique code.

to test that the lip balm can withstand a fall without breaking or coming out of the tube. they perform a drop test.

if the bullet is intact, that means it's completed. ready to be sealed in its final packaging.
