First ingredient:
Harina PAN flour (Make sure to use this brand, or the texture will be different!)
Other Ingredients:
Chia seeds, flax seeds, smoked paprika, salt, olive oil, and an egg
More Ingredients:
warm water, turkey
white cheese, and herbs
Add flour, warm water, flax seeds, and chia seeds to your bowl.
Next, add smoked paprika. It is super aromatic and adds tons of flavor.
Then, add salt, one egg, and olive oil.
Mix everything together very, very well.
Make sure the consistency is loose and the pan is very hot.
Add 2 big spoons of the mixture and spread evenly. Cook for 2 minutes and add cheese. Bring both ends to the middle, flip it over, and cook for 3 more minutes.
Garnish with turkey, avocado, and herbs (or whatever you like!).
