- Pork belly
- Eggs
- Corn starch
- Salt
- Five-spice powder
Chop the pork belly into strips.
Whisk the eggs and add to corn starch. Then add salt and five-spice powder and mix together.
Pour corn starch mixture over the pork belly and mix well. Don't be shy with your hands!
Heat up oil medium heat. It's ready when you can hear the pork belly sizzle.
Make sure the pork belly is golden brown before flipping.
Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
