If you’re looking for a hands-on dining experience, you have to check out Mifune in NYC.

This is the Bluefin Tuna Temaki, which comes with everything you need to make your own handrolls.

The platter includes nori wrap and rice, and lots of other fillings. You can use the shell to scrape the fish.

The menu features other Japanese dishes, including:

Rolled zucchini with king crab tartare and caviar.

Smoked butter fish with garlic green sauce and organic radish.

There are also specialty cocktails, like the Drunken Angel and Seven Samurai.
