Use a gentle cleanser on a cotton round and cleanse your skin. Do this every few hours on long flights because the air circulates.
Use a CBD oil based serum to calm your skin and reduce redness
Massage a pea size amount of moisturizer on top of the serum.
Massage a face oil into the skin. It will lock in the moisture, protect your skin, and nourish with antioxidants.
Use a warming eye mask too help your skin absorb moisture better.
Gently massage your skin with a jade Gua Sha tool in the direction of your lymphatic system to de-puff your skin.
Try to get some sleep on your flight because sleep is the most important thing for good skin.
