If You're backed in a corner

if you're backed into a corner, there's still a way to get out; use your hands to eye jab, punch with your elbows and strike with your knee.










If You're In close proximity

the first thing you want to do is get your hands ready for eye jabs. make sure your fingers are apart so you can see.








use quick eye jabs.








if the offender has his hands up then strike his groin with your knee, then do eye jabs when their hands move down Again.



If You're isolated

if you recognize that you're alone and see someone. get your hands up incase they attack.





running safety tips

if you go running, do not use headphones and carry something in your hand.






vigilance

keep your strong hand free, and Keep anything you carry on your weak side to stay alert.






if you are ever confronted, then your strong hand is ready to defend.
