Dealing with a sore neck from staring at your phone or computer?

Try this...

Sit with your legs crossed. Lean your head to one side. You should feel a slight pull on the opposite side of your neck.

Hold for 5 seconds then repeat on the other side.

Place one hand on your shoulder and the other on your head. gently pull your neck a little further.

Hold for 5 seconds then repeat on the other side.

Does it feel like your shoulders are sinking forward from sitting too much?

Try this...

Sit on your heels. Interlace your fingers behind your back and slowly lean forward. Gently rock your arms back and forth.

Do this for 10-15 seconds.

Feeling Pain in your wrists from typing too much?

Try this...

Hold your hand out with your fingers pointed down. Grab your fingers with your other hand and gently pull.

Hold for 5 seconds and repeat on the other side.

Hold your palm out and grab onto your fingers. Gently pull them backward.

Hold for 5 seconds and repeat on the other side.

Do you have tight hip flexors from sitting with your legs parallel?

Try this...

Sit on the floor with your legs bent and feet flat on the ground. Cross one leg on top of the other. You should feel a slight pull.

Hold for 10-20 seconds.

Gently rock your legs back and forth to help open up your hip flexors even more.

Do this for 10-20 seconds and repeat on the other side.
