Lauren Conrad’s Massive $4.4 Million Home Has Plenty Of Room For Crafting

Lauren Conrad has dabbled in plenty of different pursuits, including reality TV, designing, writing, and even her feel-good online marketplace. But, it turns out she's a veritable real estate tycoon, too. In the last couple years alone, the 29-year-old has purchased properties in Laguna Beach, Brentwood, and Beverly Hills. Now, her already sizable SoCal footprint is about to get even bigger.

Variety reports that Conrad has just purchased a new house in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles for $4.4 million. What does that kind of dough get you in L.A.? One and a half acres, five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and approximately 5,900 square feet, to be exact.
