Vogue Is Now The Proud Purveyor Of…Tennis Balls

All kinds of crazy happens when the U.S. Open rolls around (we'd pretty much do anything for a ticket, just saying). But this is something we can really get behind: Vogue commissioned 12 high-fashion tennis balls from a variety of top-notch designers. We are now required by law to make a tennis terminology pun: talk about love/love!
Diane von Furstenberg, Pamela Love, and even rag & bone got in on the action (and Maria Sharapova, of course). These babies aren't actually on sale, but if they were, well, let's just say we'd consider switching careers and becoming tennis pros. It's never too late, right?
Hit the slideshow for our favorites (Eddie Borgo clearly does not care what anyone thinks), then head over to Vogue to see the rest. We've always thought tennis was among the chicest of sports. Now, we're convinced.
