Well, it's not official official, but we're considering this, like, kinda-sorta official (technical term). The rumors of a second child for Beyoncé and Jay-Z got even more cred when Mrs. Carter cancelled tour dates earlier this week. Then, Gawker did this groundbreaking investigative report. And now, Russell Simmons has congratulated them on Twitter:
