Dear readers, we're going to need your help with this one. It seems that we were so caught up in the sheer elegance of Claire Danes' Vogue spread that we might have missed something: Ms. Danes' leg, or lack thereof. See exhibit A above, with Danes and co-star Damian Lewis lying on a bed. Danes' silk dress cascades across the bedsheets, rippling, and scrunching — almost mimicking the sheets themselves.
Both of Lewis' legs are seen, and Claire's left leg is seen, but look closely at her right; her dress clings to her right thigh, but where's the rest? Is it hiding among the folds of the train or did it simply dissolve into thin photoshop air? Photoshop fails are unfortunately a common theme in glossies, but a missing leg in Vogue is a pretty big mistake — especially in an editorial shot by Annie Leibovitz. Of course, it could all be an optical illusion...chime in with your opinion!
