Cara Delevingne Dons Dreads, Preps For A Pretty Serious Acting Gig

Our favourite face-pulling, beanie-wearing chameleon, Cara Delevingne has returned to London after Paris Fashion Week for what might be her biggest go-see yet: a role in the upcoming film adaptation of Martin Amis’ raw, murder mystery novel, London Fields.
For those keeping count at home, this is Cara’s third bid to launch an acting career, and we think this could be it. The black comedy is fronted by Amber Heard, Jim Sturgess, and Billy Bob Thornton and tells the story of femme-fatale clairvoyant Nicola, who tries to bring about her own murder in order to avoid aging. Although it’s not known what role Cara plays in the film, make-up artist Sian Richards tweeted a picture of the model in dreadlocks ready to film in East London. What do you think, is this her shot at stardom? (Vogue)
