From October 14-18, Beauty Is Boring (one of our favorite beauty blogs for mind-blowing, creative, totally weird/cool looks) is having Japan Week. For five days, makeup artist/mastermind Robin Black is posting makeup looks with write-ups in both Japanese and English, and all feature Japanese women. The women cast for the project aren't all models — in fact, they were chosen because of their unique personalities and varied looks.
