To quote her hit single, Rita Ora bid a fond R.I.P. to her Rimmel blonde locks. Yes, the singer spun the color wheel and went full My Little Pony on us. Although the splotchiness of the dip-dyed pink and streaky blue are more reminiscent of graffiti art than the wonder ponies' super-saturated palettes. Perhaps, she was going after a Chanel spring '14 look? That whole art-school, D.I.Y.-chic thing owes its popularity to that one show.
However, Ora's new 'do also bears an eerie resemblance to Lady Gaga's "Applause" makeup, too. It's like Gaga rubbed her face on Ora's hair when she wasn't looking — which is awesome. We wouldn't be surprised if Gaga's dome magically poked out from behind the curtain of color to whisper ARTPOP, because she's some sort of magician like that. Whatever her inspiration was, we dig it. Plus, Ora's basically the next Rihanna of hair; she'll have something new next week. Stay tuned. (Grazia)
