Miley Cyrus Bleaches Brows, World Continues To Turn

Today in Miley Cyrus news, the pop star has bleached her brows. Shocking, we know. The singer popped up on Lily Allen's Instagram sporting non-existent brows and that damn tongue. We wonder if Mick Jagger and Gene Simmons have a bet going on whether or not Cyrus can surpass them for rock star with the most photographed tongue.

But, back to those brows: They are indeed bleached. We're sorry, we want to get more riled up about this, and we're sure Miley wants us to, too, but we just can't muster any sort of reaction here. Since throwing off the shackles of Disneydom, it's just been one publicity move after another meant to generate outrage or provoke a reaction. We're just plum reactioned out.

We're sure Madonna is giving the Miley Cyrus Reinvention Tour a side-eye (it does seem like she's trying to one-up Madge's transformation game) but as for the R29 beauty team, all we've got for her is a resounding "meh." We're continually surprised and grooving to what you're doing musically, but don't expect us to clutch our pearls at your attempts to provoke us through your beauty choices.
