Round and round she goes: There's been no small amount of speculation on where Chelsea Handler might end up after her contract with E! expires later this year, and the latest rumor, if true, promises to deliver the comedian's particular brand of brashness on demand. According to the New York Post, the late-night host has inked a deal with Netflix to produce a show, though its format has yet to be decided.
It's not the first time Handler's been linked to the streaming service. In a March interview with Paper, Handler dropped hints that she was working on a show for Netflix.
Netflix hasn't confirmed a deal with Handler, either. The company denied it was in talks with Handler when she floated the idea earlier this month. It wouldn't be a stretch to see her on Netflix, though, which has been steadily amping up its original content over the past year. But, by her own admission, Handler's something of a compulsive liar — so take any unconfirmed news about her with a grain of salt. (New York Post)
