Another day, another #nomakeup selfie — but the most recent snap to join the masses may be one we can actually get behind. Demi Lovato is the latest star to post a bare-faced photo of herself, but it didn't come across like the typical humblebrag these usually tend to be. Instead, Lovato took the opportunity to show off a part of her we don't see often: her freckles.
Anyone who has ever seen a photo of Lovato knows she doesn't typically showcase her spots. In fact, we didn't even know the girl had freckles. But, there they are — out in the open, not hidden under foundation and concealer. We have to give Lovato kudos because she's gotten to the core of what a #nomakeup pic should be: a picture of yourself showing what you've got under all the cosmetics.
While others' selfies tend to look a tad airbrushed, Lovato's just seems like a snapshot of a pretty girl hanging by the pool. And, we must say, those freckles are adorable. If you're reading this, Demi, we'd love to see these little guys more regularly. We're digging this big time.
