Kylie Jenner Revisits Her Blue Period

Looks like the theme at Coachella this year is "rainbow hair." On the same day that Jourdan Dunn debuted her new, colorful strands, another starlet showed off hers. Kylie Jenner got herself a brand-new blue 'do, as proven by her SnapChat, followed by an Instagram post. And, she's matching her talon-like nails to her Coachella-ready, turquoise mane.  Now, if we had to put money on it, we'd say that Kylie's new hue is the result of a pretty clutch wig — or some serious extensions. That said, Kylie isn't one to be afraid of a color change — and she certainly isn't afraid of the cool end of the spectrum. If it is a wig, we just have to point out that Kim did this first. Remember that episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians when she tried on, like, eight different wigs and scared the crap out of Mason?
