Acne Paper‘s 14th Issue Picks Manhattan As Its Place To Be (Duh!)

AP14-press-release-120830-lores-3
Home of sartorially inspiring everything, Acne Studios has just released the 14th issue of its magazine, Acne Paper, and (surprise!) it's dedicated the whole nonglossy glossy to Manhattan. The 272-page issue (its longest yet!) will feature portraits of NYC notables such as Martin Scorsese, Salman Rushdie, Andrew Wylie, Jeff Koons, Graydon Carter, Lena Dunham, and more.

Now, we know we seem like we're bragging, but for a brand that has global appeal, using our little island as inspiration really warms our hearts. As EIC and creative director Thomas Persson puts it, "We could have chosen London or Paris or Berlin or any other city of cosmopolitan importance
but we took Manhattan." And the feeling is mutual — Manhattan is quite taken with the mag, too (aw!).
