What Recession? Here’s Will Smith’s $55,000-A-Month NYC Rental

Will Smith made us laugh with The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, cry with The Pursuit of Happyness, and question the existence of aliens with Men in Black; Now, he's making us extremely jealous with no silver screen in sight—we just peeped recently released photos from his NYC apartment, which proves that when it comes to excess, Smith firmly subscribes to the "bigger is better" school of thought. This is the dude who had a trailer that takes up a third of a Big Apple block. The Noho dream at 25 Bond Street (a hop, skip, and a jump from our office), boasts five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, and occupies a cool 7,300-square-feet. While Willenium dropped around $55,000 per month on this rental, the whole shibang could be yours for just $19.5 million. Wish we could swing it 'cuz you know we love us some man-partments. With all of this interior eye-candy, it's getting difficult to pick our fave. (Zillow)
