Local cool kid creamery Coolhaus is debuting yummy new additions to its gastronomically out-of-this-world menu from Mint Juleps and Manhattans to Peking Duck (ingredients include hoisin sauce, orange peel and caramelized duck skin) and Fried Chicken & Maple Waffle Ice Cream speckled with candied fried chicken, fried chicken caramel, waffle bits, and brown butter ice cream. How many fried chickens was that again? Not enough!
